We have a 24 Hour "Courtesy" Cancellation/Date Change Policy. When the unexpected arises please give us the courtesy of 24 hours to accommodate our waiting list. When booking a Founder, you must provide a credit card number to hold your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, there is a 50% cancellation charge.
10 Day Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return within 10 days for a complimentary appointment with the same artist or a new one.
On Time Performance
It is our goal to keep to our schedule so Clients can keep to theirs. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make adjustments and advise you on whether we can give you your full service or must reschedule.
Parental Discretion Advised
Our salon is designed for a professional experience. We perform a focused service and our scissors, razors, hot irons and dryers can be dangerous to young people. For their safety, we please ask that you make provisions before your appointment.
Allergic Reaction
Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.
Tips on Tipping
Gratuities are left to your discretion. All tipping must be given in cash. No tips will be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include tips.

We accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard.
Personal Belongings
We regret that we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you.
