Matthew Yasgur - Creative Director/Stylist 

Matthew has worked in the industry for over 15 years which helped  to form the basis of his vision for the Static experience. As Static's Creative Director he believes in a client's desire for exceptional customer service in an atmosphere that provides energy and  creativity. He developed this vision during his tenure at Noel Day  Spa and later at the Josè Eber Salon in New York. His notable  clients have been President Bill Clinton and Oscar winning actress  Anna Paquin. Matthew's style for cutting and a passion for a dynamic hair experience is the foundation for the continued growth  and development of Static.

Deborah Kolley-Bartko - Education Director/Stylist 

Deborah has over 20 years of experience in the hair industry  working for the country's most prestigious salons. She began her  career in California at Allen Edwards in Beverly Hills. There, her  clients and projects included celebrities, magazine photo sessions  and fashion shows. In 1992 she moved to New York and quickly  developed a new customer base at the Salon at Neiman Marcus.  Soon after she helped launch Josè Eber Atelier as a senior stylist  and educator for 7 years. Establishing herself as one of the top  stylists in Westchester County, awarded this title by a survey  conducted by Westchester Magazine, Deborah's creative talent and  experience is a driving force behind Static's philosophy and  success.

George Bartko - Chief Operating Officer 

George brings 12 years of sales, marketing and operations  experience from the film and video industry to the Static team. He  was a partner in a multi million-dollar media company that was  purchased by Bill Gates. He is also a published author  (Balance2020.com) and has produced a critically acclaimed early learning DVD for children (JoeElevator.com). George is responsible  for marketing, operations and administration functions and will  apply his core management strengths to lead the growth of Static in domestic expansion.
